Job summary

DSV is seeking a Yard Supervisor in Fort Worth to lead daily warehousing operations, labor planning, and customer communication. You will manage receiving, warehousing, and shipping in line with service and cost objectives, while coaching staff and ensuring safety and quality.

You will oversee scheduling, training, and performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement to meet client KPIs and SOPs. Flexibility for nights/weekends may be required to support operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years in logistics/distribution environment.
• 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily inbound, outbound, and storage activities.
• Plan labor, space, and equipment; manage staffing and training.
• Communicate with client and senior management on critical issues.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity; enforce SOP adherence.
• Participate in performance reviews and HR activities.
• Schedule daily work and assign duties to warehouse staff.
• Support operational improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
