Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Livermore, CA to lead warehouse operations, ensure safety, and improve procedures. You will train and develop the team, coordinate with leadership, and maintain high standards for accuracy and service.

The role emphasizes route optimization, ERP/LMS usage, and accurate timekeeping, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in warehouse operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and delivery processes.
• Experience with ERP/LMS systems.
• Ability to supervise drivers and warehouse staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the selection, training, direction, and motivation of warehouse personnel to ensure high performance and engagement.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Lead/Manager; provide coverage during their absence.
• Ensure safety equipment is maintained and used per safety standards.
• Utilize routing software to optimize delivery routes and assign drivers.
• Assist with timekeeping and attendance for warehouse staff.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance development; apply progressive discipline when needed.
• Ensure LMS training modules are current for all team members.
• Use ERP to distribute work for pick, pack, and build operations.
• Establish quality control measures to minimize order errors and aim for 90% Perfect Order Score.
• Train associates on MHE, LMS, and supply chain technologies.
• Lead pick/pack/pull/load operations with focus on safety culture and efficiency.
• Problem-solve with minimal guidance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
