Job summary

Imperial Brady in Orlando, FL is seeking a proactive Warehouse Manager to lead replenishment, order selection, loading, and staff supervision while upholding safety and security standards.

You will design efficient layouts, monitor KPIs, manage stock and data systems, contribute to budget planning, and produce regular reports to drive continuous improvements. Hours: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM until finish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of warehouse management experience.
• Proficiency with WMS and databases.
• Knowledge of KPIs for warehousing.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage outbound, warehousing, and maintenance operations.
• Set up the layout and optimize space utilization.
• Oversee loading of trucks efficiently and on schedule.
• Monitor workflow of employees pulling orders and loading trucks.
• Ensure productivity targets and processes run optimally.
• Strategic warehouse management in line with company policies.
• Maintain health, safety, hygiene, and security standards.
• Manage stock control and reconcile with the data storage system.
• Contribute to annual budget development.
• Produce reports and statistics regularly.
• Receive feedback and monitor service quality.
