Imperial Brady is hiring a Warehouse Manager, Night Shift in Livermore. You will lead outbound, warehousing, and staff activities, ensuring safety, space optimization, and timely truck loading.

The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in warehouse management, and strong process improvement, KPI, and communication skills. This position operates on a night shift, Monday to Friday, 5:30 pm until work is completed.

Responsibilities

• Manage outbound, warehousing, and maintenance operations; strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with the company's policies and vision.
• Set up the layout and ensure efficient space utilization; maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.
• Be responsible for overseeing the loading of trucks efficiently, accurately, and on time.
• Be responsible for monitoring the workflow of employees while pulling orders and loading trucks.
• Ensure productivity targets are achieved, and warehouse processes are running optimally.
• Manage stock control and reconcile with the data storage system.
• Contribute to annual budget development, produce reports and statistics regularly.

The Warehouse Manager, Night Shift will bemanaging and overseeing activities related to product replenishment, order selection, order loading, providing management and direction to warehouse staff and ensuring the safety and security of the outbound warehouse personnel.

Full-time salary: $90,000 to $95,000 per year

Schedule: M-F: 5:30 pm till done

You will:
