Job summary

Windigo Logistics Llc in Denver, CO is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor responsible for supervising warehouse salvage activities and associates across shifts. You will ensure inbound/outbound product handling aligns with company guidelines and provides excellent service to stores served.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising warehouse teams or shifts.
• Ability to read and interpret reports and keep records accurate.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and supervises associates (crew set up and job assignments).
• Monitors and enforces work rules and policies (discipline).
• Maintains daily workflow and accuracy records (NLS system).
• Communicates trailer movement with hostlers (YMX system).
• Enforces food safety guidelines.
• Processes product returns and sorts items to correct places.
• Conducts daily crew meetings on safety, productivity, and accuracy.
• Coordinates with Transportation on backhaul flow and receipt.
• Schedules outbound load appointments.
• Performs daily warehouse walks to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Cross-trains employees on equipment and maintains certifications.
• Optimizes use of equipment and personnel.
• Maintains good relationships with all departments.
• Drives productivity and urgency to meet operational needs.
