• Create production waves for selection by route, divisions and departures.
• Maximize service levels by monitoring waves with picklists, stock jobs and replenishments.
• Keep the dock moving and prevent unnecessary loading delays.
• Monitor waves by routes to meet departure times.
• Communicate with internal teams and external carriers to maintain product flow.
• Prepare end-of-day planners packets.
• Assist with startup meetings and labor management on the dock.
• Other duties as assigned.
