You will supervise hourly staff and temporary workers, assess schedules and man-hour needs, enforce safety regulations, and drive efficiency in production methods. Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to regularly stand and/or walk for extended periods in a large warehouse.
• Ability to sit at a computer terminal for meetings, counseling, or training.
• Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, or crawl to inspect merchandise and facilities.
• Exceptional attendance with flexible work hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise hourly team in the distribution center to ensure timely distribution of merchandise to stores.
• Develop a positive team culture and evaluate employees for promotions or changes in status.
• Assist with administrative tasks and maintain records of production and workflow.
• Monitor worker and merchandise safety according to center policies.
