Job summary

DSV is seeking a Team Lead, Dock Captain at our Fort Worth facility. You will coordinate and oversee daily warehousing activities, supervise associates, and ensure safe, efficient receiving, picking, and shipping in line with SOPs.

You will mentor staff, maintain productivity and quality standards, participate in safety meetings, and help manage schedules and workload. A strong focus on teamwork, process discipline, and attention to detail is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Team leadership or supervision experience preferred.
• Forklift operation or certification familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate unloading, receiving, picking, and staging of products per SOPs.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations to meet productivity and safety goals.
• Mentor and train associates on distribution activities and SOPs.
• Ensure accurate paperwork, labeling, and inventory control during shipping/receiving.
• Participate in safety meetings and uphold OSHA/MSDS standards.
