Job summary

Medline is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily operations, ensure accurate receiving, storage, and shipping, and drive continuous improvement. You will lead a team, mentor staff, uphold safety standards, and partner with customer service to resolve issues.

This role requires at least 3 years of supervisory and warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment, a high school diploma or equivalent (associate's preferred), and a track record of coaching and developing people.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• At least 3 years warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee the daily operation of the warehouse including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment; keep overtime within budget.
• Oversee receipt, storage and shipment of materials and related reporting; ensure inventory accuracy.
• Account for all materials and supplies; audit goods received into warehouse.
• Coach and mentor team members in productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values.
• Ensure routine paperwork is completed on time and accurately.
• Assist the warehouse manager in maintaining a safe work environment for all staff.
• Lead day-to-day activities of employees; provide input into hiring, firing and performance reviews.
• Work with customer service to resolve warehouse related issues.
