MiTek Industries seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, and shipping. You will lead a team, coach on safety, and drive improvements to ensure on-time deliveries.

Qualifications include 3-7 years in warehouse leadership, experience with SAP/ERP, and strong analytical and communication skills. The role requires a High School diploma or GED, with an associate degree preferred. This is a manufacturing setting.

• Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements and drive continuous improvement.

This position ensures materials are received, stored, and distributed accurately and efficiently to support production requirements and customer deliveries. The Warehouse Supervisor leads warehouse employees, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and maintains a safe, organized, and productive work environment.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, material movement, and order fulfillment.Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse employees to meet safety, quality, productivity, and attendance expectations.Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, inventory controls, and discrepancy resolution. This will result in being exposed to noise, vibration, chemicals/fumes and navigate around machines.
