Job summary

TRUE Fitness is seeking a Warehouse Operations & Logistics leader to oversee finished goods shipping, parts shipping, and receiving. You will ensure accurate picking, packing, staging, and on-schedule delivery, while coordinating inbound deliveries and storage.

Lead a team of warehouse staff, set performance expectations, and develop schedules based on order volume. Drive safety, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with Production, Supply Chain, and Finance to meet customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, distribution, or logistics operations.
• 2+ years of experience leading, supervising, or managing employees.
• Experience coordinating outbound shipments and inbound receiving activities.
• Working knowledge of inventory control practices and warehouse operating procedures.
• Experience using ERP, warehouse management, or inventory management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and make sound operational decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for Finished Goods Shipping, Parts Shipping, and Receiving.
• Ensure finished fitness equipment and replacement parts are picked, packed, staged, and shipped accurately and on schedule.
• Establish staffing plans and operating procedures to meet business demands.
• Coordinate priorities across shipping and receiving to balance workloads.
• Ensure shipments are properly documented and compliant with carrier requirements.
• Monitor shipping schedules, carrier pickups, inbound deliveries, and outbound orders.
• Partner with internal departments to resolve order discrepancies and delivery concerns.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse employees, including training on procedures and safety.
