Job summary

SBH is seeking a Sr Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and packaging of goods while meeting customer specifications. The role requires directing a team, evaluating staff, and maintaining inventory integrity within a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have a high school diploma with a preference for a Bachelor's in business administration and at least 5 years in materials, retail-related, with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in business administration is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in materials function, preferably in a retail related industry.
• 2 years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and maintain all warehouse functions daily.
• Ensure materials are received from vendors and delivered to inventory; package finished goods per customer specs and deliver on time.
• Select, develop and evaluate staff to ensure efficient warehouse and shipping/receiving operations; provide leadership per policy.
• Review receipt of materials to ensure open POs and accuracy of quantity/quality; maintain inventory levels for supplies.
• Monitor slot maintenance and monitor program efficiency; adjust as needed.
• Contribute to establishing and modifying operational methods and procedures; implement material control systems; monitor productivity.
