Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. seeks a Lead Warehouse Associate to oversee daily operations in our Texas facility. You’ll supervise tasks, train staff, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time while maintaining safety standards.

Strong warehouse experience and SAP familiarity are required. You’ll use WMS tools, manage inventory, and protect customers’ goods with a focus on efficiency and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels are maintained and orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide developmental opportunities; recommend performance improvement actions as needed.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish, maintain and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance.
• Safely operate equipment and tools.
• Provide support to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate problems.
• Catalog and track goods and/or supplies.
• Adhere to the 7S program and keep a clean environment.
• Work safely to protect you and your team.
