Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Oklahoma is seeking a Lead Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the assigned team and area in our warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory, timely order fulfillment, and strong daily operations.

This 1st shift role (Tuesday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:30pm) requires 2 years of warehouse experience, SAP and WMS experience, and prior supervisory exposure. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, and life coverage.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain accurate inventory and timely orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team; support performance improvement as needed.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain proper work documents.
• Promote exceptional customer service and safe work practices.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures; ensure compliance.
