Qualifications

• At least 5 years of supervisory, logistics, and material handling experience.
• 4-year degree preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Experience with SAP, WMS, and related systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workforce management including hiring, training, mentoring, and succession planning.
• Train staff on business systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage shipping, receiving, and material handling activities.
• Ensure timely, accurate customer service and safe warehouse operations.
• Lead ISO compliance and maintain warehouse procedures.
