Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Warehouse Leader in Toledo, OH, to oversee branch warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, and safety programs. The role may include occasional delivery driver duties.

You will lead a team handling loading, packing, shipping, receiving, and movement of merchandise, ensuring accurate and timely customer service while adhering to safety and DOT requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent not required, but high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience supervising warehouse activities and teams is important.
• Familiarity with SAP and warehouse software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities of employees in loading, unloading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving and trucking of merchandise.
• Supervise incoming and outgoing shipment activity to meet service goals.
• Perform physical requirements to move inventory and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and conduct daily safety inspections.
• Ensure security of merchandise and enforce loss prevention programs.
