Job summary

Trivium Packaging in Reno, NV is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coordinate all shipping and receiving activities and lead the warehouse team daily. The role requires 5+ years in inventory management systems, forklift involvement, and strong English communication.

You will work with supply chain leadership, ensure 5S and continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain safe, efficient material flow across inbound and outbound processes. This is an on-site role in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience with inventory management systems.
• Experience with forklift operations and material handling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities with the warehouse team.
• Lead warehouse activities and direct daily work as needed.
• Maintain forklift operations and support training of others.
• Serve as point of contact for SAP and forklift terminal issues.
• Coordinate safety, 5S and CI initiatives in the warehouse.
• Monitor inbound/outbound shipments and perform cycle counts.
• Ensure proper receiving, inspection, and documentation of materials.
