Job summary

HA International - USA is seeking a Shipping Lead to manage the shipping/receiving department, ensure DOT compliance, and back up scheduling as needed. The role requires proficient lift truck operation and strong SAP documentation skills, with a focus on accuracy and safety.

You will stage shipments, verify packaging and labeling, and collaborate with Production, Quality, and Customer Service to meet delivery timelines in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and safe operation of lift equipment.
• Ability to manage shipping/receiving tasks with accuracy.
• Experience with SAP for inventory and shipping documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Shipping/Receiving dept. operations and DOT compliance.
• Load/unload trailers with lift trucks; ensure safe loads.
• Stage shipments, verify product, batch numbers, packaging, labeling, and documents.
• Maintain shipping documentation (hazardous materials manifests, bills of lading, COAs).
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Customer Service to meet delivery requirements.
• Reconcile inventory movements in SAP and ensure accuracy.
• Attend DOT hazmat training at intervals (every 3 years).
• Communicate procedures updates and drive continuous improvements.
