Job summary

Neovia Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. You will lead staff, coordinate workflows, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity KPIs are met.

Responsibilities include training personnel, maintaining inventory accuracy, and reporting to management. The ideal candidate has proven leadership experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with SAP/WMS and forklift equipment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a warehouse team lead, supervisor, or in a similar role.
• Strong ability to lead, delegate, and manage staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with team members and management.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, WMS) and proficiency in using warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve daily targets and maintain high performance standards.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily activities like shipping, receiving, and inventory control to ensure accuracy.
• Workflow Coordination: Plan and prioritize workloads for team members to meet customer demand and deadlines.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct audits, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues, such as stock discrepancies or bottlenecks.
