Job summary

Trivium Packaging in Reno, NV seeks a Warehouse Lead to coordinate shipping and receiving operations and supervise warehouse staff.

You will work with Supply Chain Leadership, direct work activities, and maintain forklift operations while supporting safety and inventory processes.

Strong communication, ERP experience (SAP), and a background in a manufacturing environment are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience with inventory management systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suites required.
• Forklift and material handling experience required.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all shipping and receiving activities performed by the warehouse team.
• Lead daily tasks with Supply Chain Leadership to guide warehouse personnel.
• Maintain forklift operations and support training for team members.
• Serve as point of contact for SAP and forklift terminal issues.
• Oversee safety compliance, 5S, and CI initiatives in the warehouse.
• Perform cycle counts and monitor inbound/outbound shipments.
• Ensure proper movement of materials and inventory flow within the plant.
• Ensure customer demands and shipments are documented and met.
