Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 3–5+ years of warehouse experience or a High School Diploma with 5+ years of warehouse experience.
• 0–1+ years of people leadership experience or 2–3+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily manpower requirements for the current day and week, minimizing overtime.
• Conduct daily shift meetings to communicate safety and operations messages and answer questions.
• Assign daily duties to warehouse workers while meeting safety, service, and productivity targets.
• Manage workflows efficiently.
• Provide training and direction to ensure SOP adherence.
• Maintain statistics on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
