Martin Brower is hiring for a warehouse supervisor role with a 4‑day schedule (3 consecutive days off) and a 3:30 PM–7:30 PM shift, offering a salary of $67,000–$71,000 plus annual bonus potential. The position includes 3.5 weeks of PTO in the first year and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance and a 401(k).

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in warehousing and 0–1+ years in people leadership, or 5+ years with 2–3+ years in leadership,

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 3–5+ years of warehouse experience and 0–1+ years of people leadership experience.
• High School Diploma with 5+ years of warehouse experience and 2–3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily manpower requirements for current day and week, minimizing overtime.
• Lead daily shift meetings and communicate safety and operational messages.
• Assign daily work duties to warehouse workers ensuring safety, service and productivity.
• Manage workflows efficiently and provide training and direction on SOPs.
• Maintain statistics on employees, productivity and equipment.
• Support other projects or duties as assigned
