Job summary

Dentsply Sirona in Lancaster, PA is seeking an Associate Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, coordinate inbound/outbound, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive safety, service, and efficiency.

You will oversee KPIs such as OTIF, inventory accuracy, and productivity, promote a strong safety culture, ensure DG compliance where applicable, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a regulated medical device environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain operations.
• Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced environment; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day warehouse and distribution activities across receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, returns and inventory control.
• Monitor operational performance to meet customer service and productivity goals.
• Partner with DHL operational leaders to resolve operational issues and remove barriers to execution.
• Drive safety, quality, inventory accuracy, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
