PDS Health in Sterling, VA is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support the Operations Manager in achieving financial performance and revenue growth for the location. You will supervise front office staff, model the PPE standards, and drive the Perfect Patient Experience to gain Patients for Life.

You will lead daily huddles, ensure compliance with policies, and partner with clinicians to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in dental/healthcare operations preferred.
• Ability to manage patient information and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Model company culture and best operational practices.
• Act as manager in Operations Manager's absence.
• Plan schedules and assign duties to team members.
• Help develop patient communication skills and learning.
• Drive revenue and profit growth year over year.
• Ensure cash management and accounting compliance.
• Provide feedback to improve financial/patient outcomes.
• Ensure PPE and PPE brand standards are followed.
• Lead daily huddles and other required meetings.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor per policy.
