Job summary

ProLift Rigging is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, safely receiving, storing, tracking, and shipping customer equipment and materials. You will help maintain inventory accuracy and uphold our safety, quality, and customer service standards.

As a full-service rigging, transportation, and warehousing provider, ProLift Rigging serves construction, manufacturing, energy, and data center projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience.
• Experience operating forklifts and warehouse material handling equipment.
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse best practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to read shipping documents, bills of lading, packing lists, and inventory reports.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly; heavier items with assistance or equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work both indoors and outdoors for extended periods.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Ensure all customer equipment and materials are handled safely and stored according to company and client requirements.
• Verify incoming shipments for quantity, condition, and documentation accuracy.
• Coordinate outbound shipments, transportation schedules, and project deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
• Ensure materials and equipment are properly labeled, tracked, and staged.
