Job summary

ProLift Rigging is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, receiving, storing, and shipping equipment with safety and accuracy. You will help maintain inventory, assist with cycle counts, and ensure documentation is complete.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience.
• Experience operating forklifts and warehouse material handling equipment.
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse best practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to read shipping documents, bills of lading, packing lists, and inventory reports.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Ensure all customer equipment and materials are handled safely and stored according to company and client requirements.
• Verify incoming shipments for quantity, condition, and documentation accuracy.
• Coordinate outbound shipments, transportation schedules, and project deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
