Job summary

Edward Don & Company is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee receipt, storage, retrieval, and dispatch of goods while maintaining safety, security, and stock integrity. The role includes organizing stock layouts, ensuring productivity targets, and managing computerized administration and automated storage systems.

Responsibilities include PO processing, inventory control, shipping, staff supervision, and enforcing equipment use.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management preferred.
• 2–5 years of Supply Chain/Warehouse and management experience recommended.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management platforms and Inventory systems.
• Ability to pass forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily processing of Purchase Orders and Stock Purchase Orders in Macola to ensure order close.
• Ensure warehousing and disbursement to picking line within prescribed timeframes.
• Manage receiving, inventory control and returns; monitor Direct and True Bins for accuracy.
• Assist with expediting customer service orders and monitor orders/inventory.
• Input data, provide training, supervise staff, oversee workflow and resolve problems.
• Enforce proper use and maintenance of Instawarehouse equipment.
