Job summary

TA Dedicated, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, staff leadership, and inventory control at our Port Wentworth facility in Georgia.

The role requires ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance, while driving efficiency through process improvements and KPI monitoring. Strong leadership, communication and WMS experience are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in warehouse operations.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations preferred.
• Experience with WMS and inventory management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations and staff, coordinating inbound/outbound shipments and inventory control.
• Lead, train and develop staff including forecasting, receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory, and ensure safety compliance under OSHA and company policies.
• Utilize WMS data to monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design processes to address delays, discrepancies, and operational issues.
