• Assist with performance evaluations and allocate tasks to ensure smooth operation.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements in labor, inventory, and layout.
• Monitor KPIs and generate regular reports to track productivity and drive improvements.
• Uphold safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture among all employees.
• Perform additional duties to support changing business conditions.

Education

Associate degree in business, supply chain, engineering, analytics, or related field or equivalent work experience
