Job summary

HODGE is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support safety, quality, and productivity in our warehouse. You will handle communication and administration to ensure smooth inbound and outbound materials flow.

Responsibilities include inventory control, shipment preparation, and maintaining shipping documentation. Ideal candidates have strong communication, attention to detail, and basic experience with warehouse software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Tools.
• Experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience with or willingness to learn the use of material handling equipment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other departments to facilitate the timely movement of materials.
• Record and maintain accurate inventory data, ensuring real-time tracking and inventory control.
• Assist with order processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in preparing shipments.
• Generate and maintain documentation such as shipping labels, packing lists, and receipts.
• Operate heavy equipment safely as required to facilitate material movement.
• Uphold safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture.
