Job summary

Richelieu Hardware Ltd, a leading North American distributor and manufacturer of specialty hardware, is seeking an Operations Manager in Norcross, GA. You will lead warehousing operations, manage a team of warehouse associates and drivers, and drive efficiency across shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

The role requires 5+ years in a leadership position, experience in construction/building materials is a strong plus, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a leadership role (warehouse/operations).
• Experience in construction/building materials is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
• Willingness to perform daily warehousing tasks alongside the team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehousing, inventory control, and shipping/receiving.
• Manage a team of warehouse associates and drivers.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, planning, and customer service to ensure on-time shipments.
• Set department budgets and monitor KPIs.
• Hire, train, and supervise warehouse and driver staff.
• Ensure compliance with EH&S and other regulations.
• Uphold Richelieu core values.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and service levels.
