Richelieu Hardware Ltd. in Reading, PA is seeking a Branch Manager to lead warehouse, operations, customer service, and inside sales. You will oversee budgets, staffing, daily priorities, and service levels while driving process improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in leadership within warehouse or logistics, strong communication, budgeting, KPI management, and team development. Forklift certification is a plus.

Formación

• 5+ years of leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics.
• Proficient with MS Office suite.
• Strong leadership, communication, motivation and team-building skills.
• Experience managing budgets, financial reports, or P&L/EBITDA statements is ideal.
• Superior communication and collaboration abilities with internal teams and external suppliers/customers.
• Organized and goal-oriented with KPI management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and optimize warehouse and customer service metrics (shipping time, fill rate, backorders, etc.).
• Manage inventory procedures: cycle counts, variance reporting, replenishment, and slotting.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and regulatory rules in logistics operations.
• Lead Customer Service and Inside Sales teams with data analyses to improve service quality.
• Drive cross-department coordination between warehouse, customer service, and sales.
• Oversee hiring, training, and supervision of branch staff to meet company goals.
