Job summary

GEODIS is hiring a Warehouse Operations Supervisor in Orlando to oversee daily activities in the distribution center. The role requires supervising staff, managing order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and adherence to safety standards.

You will schedule labor, monitor payroll, and train new team members while driving process improvements. The position offers full-time hours with two shifts available and weekend flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years of related warehouse and/or distribution center experience preferred.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with warehouse equipment and systems is expected.
• PC literacy with Outlook, Word and Excel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities within the distribution center.
• Supervise staff and direct work on order fulfillment, inventory, stocking, and material handling.
• Prepare work schedules and respond to labor needs.
• Manage labor hours and payroll in timekeeping systems.
• Interview and train new team members and supervise staff development.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and company procedures.
• Recommend process improvements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare reports for leadership and maintain warehouse properties.
• Ensure compliance with policies and ISO9002 procedures.
