Havis, Inc. seeks a Warehouse/Materials Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and material movement in support of production. You will supervise staff, monitor workflow, and ensure accurate, compliant processes while promoting safety and continuous improvement.

The role requires a hands‑on leader who can read production documents, use ERP systems, and communicate clearly with team members and management. Strong organizational and safety focus is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or logistics coursework preferred.
• Three years minimum in warehouse/materials/logistics or production support.
• One year minimum with ERP/inventory or related software systems.
• Supervisory/lead experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Ability to read production docs, inventory records, bills of materials and drawings.
• Ability to write clear instructions, reports, and shift updates; communicate effectively.
• Awareness of workplace safety practices; OSHA familiarity preferred.

• Oversee daily warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, and material movement activities.
• Lead warehouse personnel, monitor workflow, and ensure safe, accurate operations.
• Maintain compliance with procedures and safety requirements; support continuous improvement.
• Communicate priorities and issues to Warehouse/Materials Manager.
