Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Material Handler Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations within a fast-paced facility in the United States. You will lead a team of Material Handlers, ensure accurate inventory via WMS/ERP, and coordinate cross-functional work to meet production demands.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in warehouse operations, 1–2 years in supervision, forklift experience, and strong knowledge of inventory controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED minimum.
• 4+ years in warehouse ops or related environment.
• 1–2 years supervisory/leadership in warehouse/distribution.
• Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, shipping/receiving, and warehouse ops.
• Experience with ERP or WMS.
• Strong leadership, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and oversee daily material handling, warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations.
• Lead, schedule, and assign work to Material Handlers and warehouse staff.
• Receive, inspect, store, and distribute materials per procedures and inventory controls.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy via WMS/ERP and manual records.
• Conduct cycle counts, audits, and stock replenishment to maintain accuracy.
• Coordinate loading/unloading of shipments; verify quantities and inspect materials.
• Ensure safe operation and maintenance of forklifts and handling equipment.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Logistics, and other departments to support targets.
• Train, coach, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff; enforce policies and safety.
