Job summary

Havis, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse/Materials Supervisor in Burnsville, MN. The role focuses on supervising daily warehouse operations including inventory, shipping, and receiving to support production.

You will lead warehouse staff, monitor workflows, and ensure safety and compliance with company procedures. The position requires strong organizational skills, ERP and MS Office proficiency, and the ability to read production documents and drawings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistic training preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in warehouse/materials/logistics environment.
• Minimum 1 year experience with ERP/inventory/warehouse software systems.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to read and interpret production records, inventory records, and drawings.
• Ability to write clear instructions and reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, and material movement activities.
• Provide hands-on leadership to warehouse personnel and monitor workflow performance.
• Ensure safety, compliance with procedures, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate priorities and issues to the Warehouse/Materials Manager.
