Job summary

Sensient Technologies is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in Turlock, CA. You will supervise activities, ensure schedules are met, and maintain product quality and a safe workplace.

The role requires coordinating with Production, Plant, Safety, and Quality teams to optimize efficiency and cost control. The position emphasizes continuous improvement, Lean initiatives, and data-driven decision making using WMS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop warehouse teams.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, material handling, and forklift safety.
• Experience driving operational excellence through process improvement, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across production, quality, safety, and operations teams.
• Proficiency with WMS, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office, with the ability to analyze data and make informed operational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations by assigning workloads, optimizing staffing and equipment utilization, and managing labor costs to meet production goals.
• Foster a safe and compliant work environment by enforcing safety policies and ensuring proper operation of forklift and warehouse equipment.
• Partner with Production, Plant, Safety, and Quality leadership to maintain product quality and meet specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance, identifying process enhancements, and promoting Lean initiatives.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, receiving, and warehouse organization to maintain efficient material flow and storage.
