Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse or distribution experience required.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with transportation logistics, drivers, or fleet operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory management, and material handling.
• Supervise and develop warehouse employees while setting clear expectations and accountability.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
• Auditing incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Fabrication teams to support customer orders and delivery timelines.
• Managing freight, deliveries, and transportation logistics including internal drivers.
• Overseeing day-to-day transportation activities including dispatching, routing, and tracking shipments.
• Hiring, training, and supervising drivers and transportation staff while managing schedules and workload.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable DOT regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
