Job summary

PF Holdings is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Texas to manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of materials. You will ensure inventory integrity, support production schedules, and maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment.

The role requires 1–3 years in warehousing or material handling, basic computer skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Forklift operation certification is preferred, with experience in WMS/ERP systems considered a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• 1–3 years of warehouse or material handling experience.
• Experience with WMS or ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other equipment (certification preferred).

Responsibilities

• Receiving & Inspection: Unload incoming shipments and verify quantities against purchase orders; inspect materials for damage or discrepancies.
• Inventory Management: Accurately record inventory transactions in the warehouse management system (WMS); perform cycle counts and assist with audits.
• Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment; stage materials for production and prepare orders for shipment.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and label products according to customer or internal requirements; ensure timely and accurate shipping of goods.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of receipts, transfers, and shipments; comply with company policies and safety standards.
• Housekeeping & Safety: Keep warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards; follow all safety protocols, including PPE usage and equipment checks.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
