Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to lead daily warehouse activities, ensure inventory accuracy, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced distribution operation. You will work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to assign duties, monitor workflow, and maintain a safe, efficient environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment.
• Experience using warehouse systems, RF scanners, or inventory management software.
• Ability to read and interpret production schedules, customer orders, work orders, and shipping documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflow activities across Product Transfer, Distribution, Receiving, Shipping, and Inventory Control.
• Assign, reassign, and monitor work duties for warehouse team members with the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Support warehouse operations by providing coverage and leadership as needed.
• Read and interpret production schedules, customer orders, and requisitions to determine material movement requirements.
• Perform inventory counts and verify inventory accuracy to maintain standards.
• Utilize RF scanners, warehouse systems, and Oracle to enter and maintain inventory records.
• Print pick lists, verify orders, and support shipping documentation processes.
