Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Warehouse Associate to help move, store, and distribute products and POS materials. You will maintain inventory accuracy, support order fulfillment, and follow safety standards to keep the supply chain running smoothly.

Hourly pay is $18.60 with a 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM Monday–Friday schedule. Overtime may be available based on business needs. You will operate material handling equipment, pick and stage orders, and ensure accurate labeling and packing for delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, procedures, and related documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and customers.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and more than 100 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload palletized and non-palletized products and POS materials from trailers.
• Safely operate manual and powered material handling equipment.
• Pick, assemble, and stage customer orders for shipment.
• Build pallets, apply stretch wrap, and prepare orders for delivery.
• Accurately identify, count, and verify products and POS materials for inventory accuracy.
• Label outgoing shipments with route numbers, bin locations, and pallet counts.
• Use handheld devices during local checkout and inventory processes.
• Transport inventory throughout the warehouse using approved equipment.
• Prepare and organize locations for daily cycle counts and order-picking activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to sanitation, hygiene, and safety guidelines.
• Participate in scheduled warehouse cleaning and housekeeping.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
