Job summary

Responsibilities include reading schedules, using RF scanners and Oracle, performing cycle counts, and supporting continuous improvement while adhering to OSHA, FDA, DOT, and EPA standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment.
• Experience using warehouse systems, RF scanners, or inventory management software.
• Ability to read and interpret production schedules, customer orders, work orders, and shipping documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead workflow activities and support employee training.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for warehouse technology and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflow activities across Product Transfer, Distribution, Receiving, Shipping, and Inventory Control.
• Assign, reassign, and monitor work duties for warehouse team members with the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Support warehouse operations by providing coverage and leadership as needed.
• Read production schedules and orders to determine material movement requirements.
• Fill requisitions and distribute materials to production and operational areas.
• Perform inventory counts and verify accuracy to maintain standards.
• Utilize RF scanners, warehouse systems, and Oracle to enter and maintain records.
• Receive materials and process transactions within the Purchase Order system.
• Print pick lists, verify orders, and support shipping documentation.
• Conduct cycle counts, reconciliations, and investigate discrepancies.
