The role requires supervising staff, ensuring safety, driving continuous improvement, and coordinating with Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Transportation, and Customer Service to maintain material flow and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics, supply chain, business administration or related field.
5+ years in warehouse/logistics, distribution, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
Supervisory or project leadership experience.
Experience supporting manufacturing in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse office personnel for safe, efficient operations.
Set performance expectations and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
Oversee inventory across onsite and offsite locations.
Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and carrier selection.
Monitor KPIs: inventory accuracy, on-time shipment, transportation costs.
