Job summary

Requirements include 3+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience, proficiency in SAP and MS Office, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. The role pays $25.00–$29.00 per hour with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with 6 months or more leadership, project leader and/or training experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and to work individually or in a team.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office for quality and operations records.

Responsibilities

• Determine method of shipment; prepare materials for shipping and bills of lading.
• Ensure transactions are properly recorded in SAP, FedEx, UPS, etc.
• Order and maintain department inventory of tools and supplies.
• Support reporting to Engineering, Technology and Production testing; represent area in meetings.
• Conduct cycle counts and audits; lead lean initiatives and 5S.
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees and resolve problems in shipping/receiving/stock operations.
