Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution seeks a full‑time Warehouse Lead in Seattle to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a small team, and ensure accurate order picking with voice systems. The role requires forklift certification, experience with temperature‑controlled environments, and the ability to manage safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include leading pre-shift meetings, coordinating labor, and maintaining inventory accuracy while supporting production and delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Warehouse Lead with 1 year+ experience preferred.
• Reading and basic math proficiency required.
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds and standing for long periods.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience operating MHE equipment (electric pallet jack, forklift, reach truck).
• Certified forklift and reach truck operator.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-shift meetings and coordinate daily labor to meet volume.
• Use voice-picking and ensure proper packaging and condition of goods.
• Maintain safety, sanitation and organized workspace.
• Communicate with supervisor and support production needs.
• Monitor inventory and complete audits to correct deficiencies.
