Job summary

Hunt Military Housing Shared Services, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of Warehouse Technicians and Purchasing Coordinators in daily warehousing operations. You will assist the Maintenance Director and Operations leadership with planning, coordinating, and delivering project scopes with defined deliverables.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring accurate stock control, processing purchase orders, maintaining OSHA safety standards, and ensuring vendor

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3–5 years warehousing, receiving, inventory control or materials management experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• DL number for in-state license.
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• OSHA-10 Training required.
• Microsoft Suite and Yardi knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises warehouse technicians and purchasing coordinators on a day-to-day basis.
• Oversees stock control ensuring orders are processed accurately and on budget.
• Maintains inventory of maintenance parts and tools and tracks items in inventory systems.
• Creates purchase orders and allocates per budget.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and vendor adherence to policies.
• Operates within approved budget and ensures vendor billing accuracy.
• Assists Maintenance Director to define resources for projects.
• Keeps up to date with OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Identifies opportunities for more efficient practices.
• Develops forms and records for inventory control and project activity.
• Collects and analyzes data for inventory trends and reports.
