Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; certifications are advantageous.
• Several years of warehouse management experience preferred in rubber or industrial manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control practices, and quality control procedures.
• Leadership and team management skills with the ability to train, motivate, and lead a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations: receiving, storage, order processing, quality control, and shipping of rubber products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and optimize replenishment and restocking processes.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed; maintain a safe, clean work environment and address hazards.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures for storage and distribution of products.
• Supervise, train, and lead warehouse staff with performance evaluations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, layout optimization, and automation.
• Coordinate order processing, packaging, and shipping to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics providers to optimize inbound/outbound logistics.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment to minimize downtime.
• Monitor warehouse-related expenses and generate performance reports for senior management.
