This role leads warehouse staff, ensures compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and safety, and drives efficiency, accuracy, and accountability across all warehouse functions. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; higher degree preferred.
• 2–5 years warehouse experience with 1–2 years in leadership.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret reports and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills; capable of leading a team.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support Warehouse Production Workers.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to ensure productivity and accuracy.
• Enforce company policies, safety standards, and performance expectations.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Oversee receiving, storing, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods.
