The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution of finished goods and raw materials. This role leads warehouse staff, ensures compliance with company standards (SOPs, GMPs, safety), and drives efficiency, accuracy, and accountability across all warehouse functions.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and support Warehouse Production Workers
- Assign daily tasks andmonitorworkflow to ensure productivity and accuracy
- Enforce company policies, safety standards, and performance expectations
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations
- Assistin hiring, onboarding, and disciplinary actions as needed
- Oversee receiving, storing, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods
- Ensureaccuratereview of customer orders, shipping documents, and work orders
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO where applicable)
- Ensure proper palletizing, wrapping, labeling, andstaging oforders
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse and storage areas
- Ensureaccuraterecording of all receiving and shipping data
- Monitor inventory tracking systems andmaintainaccuratelogs
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Utilize manufacturing and inventory software systems effectively
- Oversee safe operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Ensure proper maintenance and reporting of equipment issues
- Monitor refrigerated warehouse temperatures and ensure compliance
- Ensure materials are properly labeled and stored according to SOPs
- Ensure team compliance with Lifeway Employee Policies
- Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement
- Conduct routine safety checks and address hazards promptly
- Collaborate with production, quality, andlogisticsteams
- Communicate priorities and updates to warehouse staff and leadership
- Ensuretimelydelivery of materials to production lines
- Assistwith process improvements and efficiency initiatives
- Generate reports related to shipping, receiving, and inventory
- Performadditionalduties as assigned

Qualification and Education Requirements
- High school diplomarequired;Associate’s or Bachelor’sdegree preferred
- 2–5 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role
- Strongleadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret reports, procedures, and business documents
- Strong communicationskills with the ability to lead and develop a team
- Basic mathematical skills and understanding of algebra and geometry
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Software, Inventory Software, and Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
