Hunt Military Communities in Silverdale, WA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of warehouse technicians and purchasing coordinators. You will oversee daily warehousing operations and support the Maintenance Director/Community Director with project scope and deliverables.
The role requires strong supervisory skills, inventory management, vendor compliance, and budget awareness. OSHA-10 and EPA 608 certifications are expected, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

This role assists the Maintenance Director/Community Director/Director of Operations with the definition, planning, implementation, and coordination of specific assigned projects/scope of work which has specified deliverables or long-term tasks that require specialized resources. The position directs and oversees the purchasing, receipt, coordination and safety of goods that are inventoried and distributed throughout the property. The role maintains vendor compliance for HMC to include: Notivus system, contracts, and Capital Repair and Replacement (CR&R) purchases.

We are committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation. The hiring range for this position is generally between $69,840 - $89,400, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus. Final salaries will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, licenses, certifications, and/or experience. In addition to these factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the general Hiring Range for the role. Hiring at the top of the range is reserved for exceptionally qualified candidates. We consider internal and external factors as a part of every final offer.
